- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is officially one of the worst experiences of my life their ATM made a mistake which ended up putting my account in over draft when I brought it to their attention I was told it was my fault and I need to learn to manage my account better I showed proof the ATM made a mistake and not only was one of the employees extremely rude but the manager was as well I am currently closing my account and looking for a new bank to bank with I would not recommend Woodforest bank to my worse enemies and calling the corporate office does no goodBy Jay Iddings, September 21, 2017
